OTL Academy Director: Lucas Almeida
Lucas has been working with the OTL Academy for many years. He directs the program, implements the training methodology and is always looking for new ideas.
Lucas is originally from Brazil, where he received his Bachelor’s in Physical Education, Master’s Degree in Soccer Sciences and also worked at Fluminense Football Club youth academy for years before moving to US.
OTL Academy: Curtis Holmes
Curtis has been coaching in the Sacramento area for a long time. He coached for San Juan SC from 1998 until 2024. He holds his USSF A License.
He played soccer in the collegiate level for Sacramento State. He is mainstay on Friday nights and brings energy, fun and great coaching for the players.
OTL Academy: Carson Powell
Carson has played soccer his whole life, is great with kids and brings good energy to the program. He is currently working on his USSF coaching licenses and works with soccer full-time.
He is a mainstay on Friday Nights.
