Games follow FIFA Laws with a few modifications:
1. Format: 7v7, no build-up line. GK cannot drop-kick.
2. U8, U9-10 and U11-12 use size 4 balls. U13-14 use size 5 balls.
3. Offsides: Yes, but only one referee per field; missed calls may happen.
4. Match Length: 2 halves of 20 min each, with a 3 min half-time. When the timer reaches 20 min, the next ball out of play or a goal will end the game. The referee will announce “NEXT BALL OUT” when the ball is in possession of the team losing the game. If the game is tying, then the referee can decide when to say. NO EXTRA TIME.
5. Ties: Go directly to PKs — best of 3. Only players on the field at the end of regulation can take PKs.
6. Substitutions: Unlimited, but only during dead-ball situations (throw-ins, free kicks, corners, goal kicks, kick-offs). Referees may deny substitutions.

To sign up an San Juan/ OTL Turkey Bowl event, you must register as a coach or manager for this specific event in Got Soccer, and if your team doesn't exist in the system, you will be prompted to create it during registration.
